It's been a great summer.
One filled with family and friends.
To celebrate the season, I used some of my favorite shells for a tablescape.
Enjoy!

The table is set for four, but just in case we have a few visitors, we're ready!
The centerpiece was a wreath...with gorgeous shells.
See ya Summer...hello Fall!

ReplyDeleteEverything looks absolutely stunning...just elegant. Can't believe you got those glasses at the dollar store. Gonna have to start looking for those!
ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful tablescape and I love it!
ReplyDeleteI'm in love with shells and the way you have displayed yours is so pretty. Love the silver ice bucket. My sister would die 4 that pink flamingo. She collects the vintage ones like yours and has quite a few. We are always on the lookout for more.

I don't know how you did it, but you just managed to make seashells with some wicker look elegant and FEMININE! I guess it's all the white with the silver. Or maybe it's just your eye for the whole table, but it is really pretty!!
ReplyDeleteI love the shells in the bowls and those pocket watches at the end.
I love your shell theme! The table is just beautiful! The details tucked here and there make it extra special. I especially like your cut glass goblets!
ReplyDeleteYour centerpiece is outstanding! I just love how you mixed the rustic straw wreath and earthy shells with the silver and lace - beautiful job!
ReplyDeleteForgot to mention - I also love the flamingos!
ReplyDeleteHi Sharlotte, Your table is gorgeous! I love the centerpiece and all the shells. Its really hard for me to let go of Summer.

Exquisite. Absolutely exquisite! JAD
ReplyDeleteSharlotte, what a lovely goodbye to summer! At first, I thought that was a checked tablecloth, then I realized it was a net! All the different textures you've included really add to the appeal!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful...love the flamingo!!

Now that's a beachy tablescape! I really like how you've done it without any blue, it seems more subtle and sophisticated in the tones you've chosen. The shells are all gorgeous and I like the "net effect"!

Stunning...the centerpiece is gorgeous. Love those flamingos!
ReplyDeleteBeauteous tablescape, and the shells are gorgeous. When I saw the pic for your post on BNOTP, I thought, mmmm what delectable dessert is that. It was your seashell with the caramel stripes; Mother Nature is a very talented artist.
ReplyDeleteAll the Best,
Requi
I have my grandmama's flamingos, and I love that you've integrated yours into this beautiful tablescape...great textures and subtle colors. Thank you for sharing your charming design. Cherry Kay
